St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® is the only pediatric cancer research center where families never pay for treatment not covered by insurance. And St. Jude covers the cost of lodging, food and travel for patients and a family member.
This holiday season, we are asking fans and fan clubs to consider donating to St. Jude in honor of their favorite artist.
No donation amount is too small!
If a club or individual is interested in sponsoring a particular patient treatment as a holiday gift in honor of their favorite artist, following is an abbreviated list of treatments that can sponsored:
Physical therapy for one hour $360
Chest X-ray, one view $136
One day of oxygen $435
CT scan avg $4,987
Average cost per inpatient per day $5,593
Spinal tap $274
Platelet count test $44
ICU daily room rate (room only) $2,950
An ultrasound study $1,236
Complete blood count test avg. $771
